Job summary

GT School is seeking a visionary Program Director to design, validate, and scale a prototype gifted school campus and drive a national rollout. You will also advance the GT Anywhere program, testing real-world AI-powered learning and building demand among parents.

You will lead with founder-level energy, translating top ideas into a scalable, credible plan that excites families and students to engage deeply in ambitious learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch.
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students or related insight.
• AI-first mentality for problem-solving and scaling at pace.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision.
• Based in the U.S. with ability to travel regularly to Austin.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model prototype.
• Develop staffing models, space design, and operations for the campus.
• Create parent-facing messaging, market strategies, and expansion playbooks.
• Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals.
• Serve as the public face, driving visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
