GT School is seeking a driven Head of Global Expansion to design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model. You will start with a single prototype campus and lead its expansion into a nationwide network, combining leadership, curriculum, and operations at scale.

You\'ll also oversee and evolve the GT Anywhere program, build parent demand, and craft playbooks to ensure repeatable success across sites. This role requires founder-level energy and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch (bonus if it involved education).
• Deep understanding of gifted students or relevant experience.
• Based in the U.S. with ability to travel regularly to Austin (min 1 week/month).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
