Job summary

GT School in the United States is seeking a Program Director to design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model, starting with a prototype campus and expanding nationally.

You'll lead the public rollout, partner with AI-enabled learning initiatives, and help build both physical campuses and the virtual GT Anywhere program, shaping growth playbooks and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch with revenue responsibility.
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students from family, work, or lived experience.
• AI-first mindset prioritizing AI for scalable problem-solving and output.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and persuade skeptics.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale scalable programs beyond academics for leadership and competition.
• Lead the development of a physical model campus including staffing and space design.
• Create parent messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks for expansion.
• Document and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
• Act as the public face to drive visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
