GT School is seeking a Founder in Residence to design, validate, and scale a gifted school model. You will lead prototype campus development, expand to a nationwide network, and continue the GT Anywhere program with the existing team.

You’ll craft parent messaging, growth playbooks, and a culture that sticks, while testing real-world AI-driven solutions. The role requires founder-level energy, a credible track record, and near-constant execution.

Qualifications

• Experience building a venture from scratch with ownership of outcomes.
• Deep understanding of gifted students and families.
• Ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics.
• Willingness to travel to Austin, USA (approx. 1 week/month).

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model.
• Lead the development of a physical model campus and staffing/operations.
• Create parent messaging, market strategies, and expansion playbooks.
• Define and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across sites.
• Serve as the public face, driving visibility through media and partnerships.
