GT School is seeking an Entrepreneur In Residence to design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model, starting with a prototype campus and expanding nationally. You will also advance the virtual GT Anywhere program and build parent demand, culture, and scalable playbooks.

The role requires founder-level energy and the ability to translate a bold viewpoint into a school parents talk about and students crave to attend. Based in the U.S., some travel is expected to Austin.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch with at least $1M annual revenue owned by you.
• Deep understanding of gifted students through family, professional experience, or lived reality.
• AI-first mentality prioritizing AI as the default solution for problem-solving and scale.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics into believers.
• Based in the U.S. with ability to travel regularly to Austin (min. 1 week/month).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model—from a single prototype to a national network.
• Plan staffing models, space design, and operations for the physical campus.
• Develop parent messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks to fuel expansion.
• Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
• Serve as the public face of the model, driving visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
