Job summary

GT School is seeking a Head Of New Business Lines to design, validate, and scale a high‑performance gifted school model starting with a prototype campus and expanding into a nationwide network. You will also advance the virtual GT Anywhere program, testing real-world initiatives, building demand, and crafting scalable playbooks.

This role requires founder-level energy, relentless execution, and a sharp point of view about revolutionary gifted education.

Qualifications

Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch (at least $1M yearly revenue owned by you).
Deep, personal understanding of gifted students or related experience.
AI-first mentality for problem-solving and scale.
Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics.
Based in the U.S. with ability to travel regularly to Austin (min 1 week/month).
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model, starting with a prototype campus and expanding nationally.
Build and validate a physical model campus, including staffing, space design, and operations.
Develop parent-facing messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks to fuel expansion.
Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
Act as the public face of the model, driving visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
