Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solid recovery experience and strong understanding of the field.

• Knowledge of community building, planning, and interpersonal boundaries.
• Proven leadership, organization, and responsiveness to staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Assist program director in development and operations of recovery center.
• Oversee peer supports and activities and coordinate with staff.
• Manage data collection and report submission.
• Supervise staff and volunteers, ensure timelines are met.
• Oversee center operations evenings and weekends, ensure open and functional facilities.
• Maintain up-to-date program files and communicate status to Director.
• Coordinate outreach by staff and peer leaders and provide referrals.
• Represent center at local and statewide meetings and conferences.
