Program Director, IDD Services

Are you seeking a meaningful role in Social and Human Services? This position is vital to our success and exemplifies our mission-driven work.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily operations of up to four community programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, stakeholder relations, compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and facility maintenance.
  2. Oversee program staff, including evaluations, scheduling, and onboarding.
  3. Make decisions regarding hiring, transfers, promotions, salaries, corrective actions, and terminations.
  4. Implement and monitor program plans, ensuring services are engaging, consistent, and tailored to individuals served.
  5. Be available on-call to support staff, cover shifts, or find coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of related experience preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
  2. Relevant certifications or licenses as per state regulations.
  3. Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
  4. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  5. Reliable and compassionate attitude.
