Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Program Director to align business objectives with technical execution, oversee budgets and resources, and manage vendor relationships.

You will act as a senior liaison to stakeholders and ensure programs deliver quality outcomes. You will advocate for the client, lead growth planning with sales and product teams, mentor teams, and build trusted relationships with senior customers to support IT objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in a Managed Services Organization.
• 5+ years of financial forecasting experience in a managed services environment.
• Proven leadership with ability to influence senior leaders and manage team dynamics.
• Strong strategic and tactical account management skills.
