Job summary

CompuCom is seeking a Program Director to oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor relationships, while aligning business objectives with technical execution. This senior role will liaise with stakeholders, champion governance best practices, and ensure program outcomes meet quality targets.

The position is remote with a preference for candidates near Atlanta, GA; travel to Atlanta about once per month for client engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience with a focus on business strategy with 5+ years at a Managed Services Organization.
• Financial acumen: 5+ years forecasting managed services, budgeting, and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s advocate inside CompuCom and own the overall Profit & Loss and growth within account base.
• Build trusted relationships with customers to support business and IT objectives.
• Provide delivery oversight for daily operations of customer relationship teams to boost renewals and reduce churn.
• Lead planning for incremental growth with sales, product development, and other functions.
• Forecast client revenue in collaboration with delivery and program management.
• Manage a team, including leadership, hiring, and training for continuous improvement.
• Lead in a matrix team environment.
