Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARCC) Command invites applications for a Program Department Manager who will provide leadership for the ARC program, aligning activities with the organization's mission and values, and ensuring program quality. The role focuses on data quality, administrative support, reporting, event coordination, system management, and staff development.

The manager will work with the Director of Program and act as lead for ServicePoint and related databases,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in program management, preferably in addiction recovery or rehabilitation services.
• Experience with data quality, reporting, and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the ARC program in alignment with mission.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Provide on-call support for system and program issues.
• Coordinate data audits and KPI reporting.
• Manage ServicePoint and related databases; lead training.
• Plan and coordinate events and communications.
• Support staff training and development; act as ARC command lead.
