Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARCC) Command seeks a Program Department Manager to lead the ARC program, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and staff development. The role collaborates with the Director of Program and focuses on system management and program improvement.

Responsibilities include maintaining ServicePoint and related databases, training staff, coordinating communications, and supporting event planning while upholding the organization's mission and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in program management, preferably in addiction recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARC program with alignment to mission and values.
• Ensure data quality, reporting, and system management.
• Coordinate events, staff development, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and oversee licensing data.
• Provide on-call support for system/program issues.
