Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARCC) Command seeks a Program Department Manager to lead the ARCC program in alignment with the mission. You will oversee data quality, system management, reporting, event coordination, and staff development to ensure program success.

Responsibilities include leadership, confidential handling of sensitive data, on-call support, and maintaining ServicePoint and related databases, with ongoing staff training and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in addiction recovery or rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the ARCC program in alignment with mission and values.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and data.
• Provide on-call support outside normal hours for critical system/service needs.
• Monitor participant progress and conduct regular audits of services.
• Oversee ServicePoint and related databases (Fox Pro, Stats Live) and train staff.
• Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and activities.
• Coordinate events with leadership to align with mission and objectives.
• Develop training curriculum for ServicePoint and staff across the ARCC Command.
