Job summary

Masa in the South Bronx seeks a Program Data Specialist to ensure accurate data collection and reporting for the Pro Se Plus Project and Language Justice Program. The role involves assessing data needs, improving tracking systems, and supporting timely reporting to funders.

The ideal candidate has a passion for immigrant justice, enjoys spreadsheets, and is highly detail oriented. This full-time position through 6/30/27 is in-person at Masa's South Bronx offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing data in nonprofit setting (for career or education related programs preferred)
• Experience administering databases required; Salesforce experience highly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience analyzing data related to program delivery; capable of translating complex data concepts to non-technical staff; comfortable presenting findings in meetings to advocate for programmatic improvements

Responsibilities

• Work with management to assess and address data needs, including creating a new data tracking system and ensuring data quality
• Translate interest forms and leads into outcomes and services in the CRM database including exploring automated systems
• Manage the data and reporting for the Pro Se Plus Project and prepare data for internal performance management and funder reports
• Manage the data and reporting for the Language Justice Program, including inputting data, tracking trends, and compiling reports for internal and external use
• Establish a data driven culture within the Pro Se Plus Project and Language Justice Program using analytics to assist Program Manager in developing and monitoring programmatic outcomes and strategy goals
• Develop quality assurance mechanisms and documentation to ensure service delivery is in compliance with contract requirements
• Ensure data is entered in an accurate and timely manner by building dashboards and other data monitoring tools; train staff on data governance best practices
• Other duties as assigned
