Job summary

Masa partners with Mexican and Latin American families in the South Bronx to strengthen literacy and leadership. The Program Data Specialist will design data tracking systems, ensure data accuracy, and support timely reporting for the Pro Se Plus Project and Language Justice Program.

This full-time, in-person role reports to the Immigration Program Manager and Language Justice Program Manager and is based in Masa's South Bronx offices through 6/30/27, with potential extension contingent on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data management experience in a non-profit setting.
• Experience with government and performance-based contract management for human services.
• Experience administering databases; Salesforce is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data for non-technical staff and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to assess data needs and create a new tracking system.
• Translate interest forms and leads into CRM outcomes and services.
• Manage data and reporting for Pro Se Plus Project and funder reports.
• Manage data and reporting for Language Justice Program; input and track trends.
• Establish a data-driven culture and develop dashboards for program goals.
• Develop QA mechanisms to ensure contract-compliant service delivery.
• Train staff on data governance and best practices; build dashboards.
• Other duties as assigned.
