Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Cost Control EBA (Grade P3) to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in EV inputs, reporting, and analysis. The role emphasizes cost control and schedule using EVMS tools and requires strong collaboration with engineering and program leads to meet commitments.

Based in the US with hybrid onsite/offsite work, expect quarterly EACs, monthly LREs, annual budgets, and clear communication of variances.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Working experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, focus on Excel.
• Working experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial system

Responsibilities

• Create EACs quarterly and LRE monthly, including cost estimates and risk/opportunity assessment.
• Perform EV and financial analysis to budget baselines and schedules.
• Prepare forecasts; monitor costs and document variances.
