Job summary

RTX seeks a Program Cost Control Engineering Business Analyst (EBA) to support EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and monthly budget/change reporting. The role focuses on cost control and schedule with SAP/APEX, IMS, and PMX tools in a hybrid US-based setting.

In this position you will partner with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads to drive cost performance, provide analysis, and communicate results to enable predictable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar business system.
• MS Office experience with Excel navigation.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of EACs and LREs on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Perform Earned Value and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
