Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Program Coordinator for Undergraduate Enrichment Programs (UEP) to deliver student support, coordinate program activities, and provide academic success coaching. You will plan events for Boettcher Scholars, Norlin Scholars, and Daniels Scholars, recruit scholars, manage scholarships, and oversee the UEP office.

The role requires on-site work in Boulder, collaboration with campus partners, and leadership of a small student team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience in higher education, student services, program coordination, or a related field.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and implementing events, programs, or activities for a wide range of audiences.
• Experience providing direct student support, including advising, mentoring, or connecting individuals with appropriate resources.
• Experience handling administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating multiple projects with contending timelines.
• Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and other technology systems to track information, generate reports, and support program operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and oversee logistics for academic, co-curricular, social, and cultural events across UEP programs.
• Collaborate with the Chancellor’s Office, Boettcher Foundation, and Daniels Fund to plan end-of-year events.
• Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to promote program events.
• Assess event outcomes, prepare analytical reports, and recommend improvements for future programming.
