Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Program Coordinator of Undergraduate Enrichment Programs (UEP) to support scholars and coordinate events across Boettcher, Norlin, and Daniels Scholars, among others. The role includes coaching students, managing scholarship processes, and overseeing UEP office operations.

This on-site position requires collaboration with campus partners and a commitment to inclusive undergraduate success, with an annual hiring range of $55,100-$60,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• 1+ years of professional experience in higher education, student services, program coordination, or a related field.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and implementing events, programs, or activities for a wide range of audiences.
• Experience providing direct student support, including advising, mentoring, or connecting individuals with appropriate resources and services.
• Experience handling administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating multiple projects with contending timelines.
• Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and other technology systems to track information, generate reports, and support program operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and oversee logistics for academic, co-curricular, social, and cultural events across the UEP programs.
• Coordinate scholarship processes, including processing awards and maintaining the Scholarship Award Management System.
• Provide holistic student support through mentoring and connecting scholars with campus resources.
• Manage UEP office operations, including staff supervision and communications.
