Job summary

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, seeks a Program Coordinator to join the Transportation Technologies team in Kentwood, MI. This role supports technical, production, quality, and administrative teams and helps keep project timelines on track.

The position offers weekday business hours with the chance to contribute to a broad range of departments, while gaining exposure to quality assurance and customer-facing activities within a global testing and certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook is required.
• 2 years' experience in office administration.
• Proven ability to independently plan, organize, and complete projects within established standards, objectives, and timeframes.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
• Must be customer focused and quality driven.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with, tracking and reporting of customer activities and inquiries.
• Coordinate policy changes and updates.
• Assist with onboarding of new customers.
• Create and manage forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
