Intertek, Kentwood, MI, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support technical, production, quality, and administrative teams in the Transportation Technologies group.

The role involves developing project timelines, communicating with team members, and performing day-to-day administrative duties to keep work moving forward. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• 2 years' experience in office administration preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and complete projects within set timelines.

Aufgaben

• Assist with tracking and reporting of customer activities and inquiries.
• Coordinate policy changes and updates.
• Assist with onboarding of new customers.
• Create and manage forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
