Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a high-volume undergraduate advising office, providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to students, faculty, staff, parents, and University partners.
  • Coordinate appointments and correspondence for academic leadership, advisors, and graduation officers while managing daily front desk operations.
  • Process and maintain a variety of student academic records, including transfer credit evaluations, graduation applications, major and minor declarations, petitions, AP credit, and other academic transactions.
  • Manage office workflows and ensure the accurate processing of student information across multiple University systems.
  • Coordinate special projects, including orientation support, academic communications, publications, and initiatives that support student success.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise student employees to support the daily operations of the office.
  • Respond thoughtfully to sensitive and time-sensitive student situations, triaging concerns and connecting individuals with the appropriate campus resources.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, bachelor's preferred, a high degree of professionalism, strong customer service and communication skills, and one to three years of experience. This position is 35 hours per week.
