Columbia Basin College (CBC) seeks a Program Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for the Residence Life Office, providing professional, student-centered support to residents, prospective residents, staff, and community members. The role coordinates housing-related administration, including applications, occupancy, records, billing, and office operations.

The position also supports resident check-in andcheck-out processes, communicates housing policies and procedures,assists with Residential Life programs and events, collaborateswith campus and community partners, and provides responsivecustomer service that promotes a safe, welcoming, and engagingresidential experience. The Program Coordinator reports to theDirector for Residential Life.

This position is a full-time, overtime eligible classified staffposition. The typical work hours for this position are Mondaythrough Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00a.m. to 12:00 p. m., however, must be available to work a flexibleschedule when prior notice is given by the College. This positionis available immediately.

Manual dexterity and coordination are requiredto operate equipment such as computer keyboard, calculator, andstandard office equipment.
Usual office working conditions. The noise level in the work areais typical of most office environments with telephones, personalinterruptions, and background noises.
