Job summary

The May Institute is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC) for the Adult Residential Program in Randolph, MA. This full-time role oversees daily operations of an adult residence serving individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities, guiding staff, coordinating care, and ensuring a safe, structured home environment.

You will lead a team, perform direct care when needed, and manage MAP-related tasks, documentation, safety procedures, and site compliance.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid and current U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
  • MAP certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of residential experience; behavioral experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills; ability to lead a team and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC) – Adult Residential Program

Randolph, MA | Full-Time

Lead with purpose. Support with confidence. As a Program Coordinator (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is a leadership role ideal for someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.

What You\'ll Do
