Job summary

May Institute is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Adult Residential Program in Attleboro, MA. You will oversee daily operations, guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured home environment for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

This leadership role requires prior supervisory experience, MAP certification, and at least two years of related work. The position offers full-time hours, on-site work, and benefits including health, retirement, and training

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with 1+ year driving experience required.
  • MAP certification is required.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and crisis intervention/physical management experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills; ability to lead a team and solve problems in real time.

As a Program Coordinator(PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is a leadership role ideal for someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.

What You’ll Do
