Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator-OTA or PTA to join our team in a SNF setting in Humboldt, Nebraska. You will serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, helping clinicians deliver therapy with reduced administrative burden.

You will coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators under the direction of a Regional Supervisor, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth operations across the program.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• CPR required as per community.
• Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
• Other items as required by federal, state and local standards

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Key Rehab and community staff to coordinate therapy services.
• Minimize administrative burden and support clinicians delivering therapy.
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs under the direction of a Regional Supervisor
