Job summary

Key Rehab in Falls City, NE is seeking a full-time RehabCoordinator (OTA or PTA) to join our SNF team. The coordinator will act as a liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, helping minimize administrative burdens and support clinicians in delivering therapy services.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs under a Regional Supervisor. Candidates should have PTA/OTA training, licensure, CPR, and a valid driver license to qualify.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the assigned state.
• CPR certification and valid driver license.
• Other items as required by federal, state and local standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff to streamline therapy services.
