Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program.
  • Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, coordinate, and plan operational facets of the program and related activities.
  • Establish long-term operational objectives.

  • Work with individuals or groups to research and document program requirements.
  • Develop work plans and monitor progress toward program goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and gather information for publications.
  • Develop promotional materials, reports, briefings, newsletters, grants, and other program-related written information.
  • Assist with program-related conferences, conventions, and meetings.
  • Monitor expenditures and participate in budget planning.
  • Prepare financial, operational, and statistical reports.
  • Identify funding resources and develop fundraising strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct training and represent the program at meetings and conferences.
  • Network with affiliated groups.
  • May supervise assigned project staff, interns, and/or volunteers.
  • Perform related responsibilities as required
