• Experience using a project management, task-tracking, workflow, CRM, ticketing, or collaboration platform.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across Marketing, Art, Video, Engineering, and IT.
• Maintain project schedules, deadlines, milestones, assignments, and dependencies.
• Follow up with project owners to keep tasks and deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain accurate project information in Asana and other project management systems.
• Create and maintain project templates, task lists, workflows, and recurring processes.
• Coordinate project meetings, status updates, approvals, and action items.
• Identify potential delays or roadblocks and communicate them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain project dashboards, reports, and leadership updates.
• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Partner with Engineering and IT to support business requirements, workflows, and system integrations.
• Help establish consistent project management practices across the organization.

This role will coordinate projects and workflows across Marketing, Art, Video, Engineering, and IT, helping teams stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain clear ownership of deliverables.

• Coordinate projects across Marketing, Art, Video, Engineering, and IT.
• Maintain project schedules, deadlines, milestones, assignments, and dependencies.

• Experience using a project management, task-tracking, workflow, CRM, ticketing, or collaboration platform.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Trello, ClickUp, Microsoft Planner, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting Marketing, Creative, Engineering, IT, Product Development, or Operations teams.
• Automotive, manufacturing, or consumer products experience.
• Exposure to workflow automation or process improvement.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Jira and Asana expertise is not required.
• Candidates with transferable experience using other project management or collaboration tools are encouraged to apply.
