Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to lead work coordination of a variety of marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing work, solving problems, and collaborating with both creative and performance-driven marketing teams to get things done in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of all marketing channels, with expertise in campaign coordination and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

This role blends structured planning with creative intuition. You’ll work across creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning. You’ll also help build scalable workflows using project management tools like Monday.com and Asana, supporting a culture of collaboration and accountability.

How You’ll Drive Success
Project Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, creative projects, and events.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and task assignments using tools like Monday.com or Asana.
  • Ensure project request forms are complete and accurate.
  • Track progress and maintain project documentation.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to share updates and flag issues.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and the marketing team to keep work flowing smoothly.
  • Lead status meetings and help resolve blockers.
Creative and Production Support
  • Translate briefs into clear tasks and coordinate with designers and content creators.
  • Review light creative work (e.g., layouts, templates) for consistency and quality.
  • Organize and manage creative assets for easy access and reuse.
Tracking and Reporting
  • Monitor project performance using basic KPIs and reporting tools.
  • Maintain accurate project metadata (e.g., status, priority, business line) in Asana.
  • Escalate issues to management when needed.
Process Support and Optimization
  • Help improve workflows and encourage adoption of project tracking systems.
  • Support efforts to align creative output with brand and business goals.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning by sharing insights from project data.
The Talents We’re Seeking
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/traffic coordination, project support, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with project management tools, ideally Monday.com or Asana.
  • Priori experience working with global teams.
  • Prior experience with marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot.
  • Prior experience with CMS tools, ideally WordPress.
Required Skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with cross functional teams.
