Job summary

Sutter Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support implementation and sustainment of UKG Workforce Management across the organization. You will coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, workforce analytics, training, governance and change management to drive adoption and operational effectiveness.

You will lead multiple medium to large complex projects across service lines, develop presentations for stakeholders, and coach project teams while ensuring quality and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  • 4 years recent relevant experience.
  • Conceptual, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Complex problem-solving and actionable recommendation development.
  • Leadership of large complex projects.
  • Team leadership and facilitation.
  • Customer service focus.

Responsibilities
