Job summary

UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking an administrative coordinator to provide essential support for a defined department program. Under general supervision, you will coordinate administrative, personnel and logistical tasks and help implement program objectives.

Job Description

Under general supervision, coordinates administrative, personnel and logistical support for a defined department program. Carries out established program objectives and directives. Determines the best approach to accomplish assignments. May supervise support staff. Communicates, using a variety of media, with internal and external constituencies. May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission. May handle data management.

High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required. None required.
