Job summary

UAB Medicine in Birmingham is seeking a Program Manager of Ethics & Spiritual Care to lead process improvements, ensuring alignment of department operations with the organization's mission, strategic goals, quality initiatives, and compliance.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, you will implement best practices across functions, support daily operations, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to advance quality and compassionate care.

• Master's degree in a related field (healthcare administration, clinical, business or logistics) with 3 years of related experience required.

Job Description

In conjunction with the Sr. Director of Ethics and Spiritual care the Program Manager of Ethics & Spiritual Care maintains and implements processes which foster and support alignment of integrated department functions and best practices with UAB mission, strategic goals and initiatives, organizational quality and compliance considerations, and daily operations.

Master s degree in a related field - healthcare administration, clinical, business or logistics with (3) years of related experience required.
