Job summary

The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Program Coordinator for Entrepreneurship Education & Programs in Philadelphia. The role supports Venture Lab's Philadelphia-based programming, coordinating students, alumni, faculty, reviewers, and partners to ensure high-quality educational experiences.

You will develop annual work plans, manage budgets, maintain CRM data, analyze KPIs, and support marketing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day delivery of assigned educational programs and provide operational coordination to strengthen Venture Lab's Philadelphia-based portfolio.
• Develop annual work plans and timelines aligned with program goals; coordinate student and stakeholder engagement.
• Supervise student leadership teams and serve as the primary operational contact for students, alumni, faculty, reviewers, and external partners.
• Support program financial administration, including expense tracking and budget stewardship, and coordinate with Finance & Administration.
