Qualifications

• Experience creating digital promotional content and managing social media.
• Proficient with productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Airtable, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics of studio cohorts, workshops, and programming.
• Create and distribute marketing materials and newsletters to drive engagement.
• Plan and execute studio events from logistics to run-of-show.
• Serve as primary contact linking students, advisors, alumni, and mentors.
• Implement lightweight project tracking to monitor progress.
• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and support student needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
