Children of America, LLC is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily school operations, supervise classrooms, and ensure programs meet regulatory and accreditation standards. The role includes record-keeping, reporting, and stepping in as third-level management when the Director is unavailable.

Ideal candidates will have a CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Development and prior childcare management experience, with state training requirements in place to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Meets state and COA age requirements.
• State regulations for Director Designee, Group Leader, or Lead Teacher.
• Maintains state in-service training requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support the school in daily operations, including classroom management and supervision.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for children as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize and manage activities and events, such as field trips and parent conferences.
• Oversee use of supplies and materials to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Serve as third-level management in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.
