Children of America, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, supervise classrooms, and implement age-appropriate programs. You will maintain records, generate reports, and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare with management responsibilities preferred.
• Must meet state and COA age requirements; maintain in-service training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom management and daily operations.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs as needed.
• Maintain records and generate reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize activities and events such as field trips and parent conferences.
• Manage supplies and learning materials for an effective learning environment.
• Serve as third-level management in absence of School Director or Assistant Director.
• Contribute to a nurturing, high-quality education and care environment.
