• 1 year of leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Understanding of state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Must meet COA age requirements and complete state in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom management and daily operations.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs as needed.
• Maintain records and generate regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize activities and events, including field trips and parent conferences.
• Serve as third-level manager in the absence of School Director or Assistant Director.
