Job summary

Children of America, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily school operations, oversee classroom management, and implement age-appropriate programs.

You will maintain records, generate regular reports, and ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards. The role includes organizing events, managing supplies, and acting as third-level management when the School Director is unavailable, contributing to a nurturing and enriching environment for children and upholding

Qualifications

• Meets state and COA age requirement.
• CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Development or related field.
• Work experience in childcare with management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom management and supervision.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for children.
• Maintain records and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize and manage activities and events, such as field trips and parent conferences.
• Oversee use of supplies and materials to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Serve as third-level management in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.
