Job summary

Our Town Studios Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead quality services for the individuals we support, ensuring programs align with DODD standards and outcomes.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight, supervise DSPs, manage caseloads, and collaborate with families, guardians, and county boards to maintain clear communication and continuous improvement across services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Caseload management: oversight and support for each person served.
  • Staff supervision: schedule, train, and mentor DSPs.
  • Quality assurance: audit documentation, billing, and program records.
  • Incident management: report and follow up on UIs and MUIs.
  • Team collaboration: coordinate with the Supportive Living Coordinator and DSPs.
  • Communication liaison: connect with families, guardians, and county board staff.
  • Problem solving: address issues to improve client and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality services and meaningful outcomes for the people we support. You’ll provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure supports are delivered effectively and in alignment with DODD standards.

Your role will include:


Caseload Management: Provide oversight and support for each person served, ensuring their needs and goals are being met.


Staff Supervision: Schedule, train, and mentor DSPs to maintain high-quality service delivery.


Quality Assurance: Audit documentation, billing, and program records for accuracy and compliance.


Incident Management: Promptly report and follow up on Unusual Incidents (UIs) and Major Unusual Incidents (MUIs).


Team Collaboration: Partner with the Supportive Living Coordinator, administrative team, and DSPs to ensure consistency across services.


Communication Liaison: Serve as a key contact for families, guardians, and county board staff, ensuring communication stays clear and proactive.


Problem Solving: Address issues creatively and professionally, with a focus on improving the overall experience for clients and staff alike.


Qualifications:

Experience: Proven background in developmental disabilities services, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role.
