Job summary

Texas A&M University seeks an experienced Program Coordinator to deliver superior support for the Aggie Educators Portal (AEP) and certification processes. You will assist external partners, manage the certification inbox, and coordinate training initiatives to improve user adoption and student outcomes.

You will work with Zoom/Meet/WebEx and a range of data tools, ensuring accurate data entry and clear guidance for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in Education or related fields with hardware/software literacy.
• Five years related customer support experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for technical and nontechnical users.
• Experience managing data within robust data ecosystems and using virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email for external partners.
• Manage the Aggie Educators Portal (AEP) daily administration and support.
• Oversee the certification office email account and test preparation access.
• Design and deliver training sessions online or in person for external partners.
• Maintain user guides, FAQs, and product documentation.
• Coordinate communication to drive platform adoption and student success.
