Job summary

Texas A&M University in College Station, TX seeks a Project Coordinator II to support the Provost and Executive Vice President’s Office. You will coordinate project activities, manage multiple work streams, and work with vendors and campus partners to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of project coordination experience, with strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience.
  • Four years of related experience in project coordination/administration.
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates project activities including initiation, work plan development, estimating and project controls.
  • Coordinates with vendors and others in the delivery and support for systems and services.
  • Coordinates multiple work streams to identify and manage cross-project dependencies.
  • Research, benchmark and track databases for assigned projects; writes reports and prepares presentations.
  • Host prospective executives including visit coordination, travel, and follow-up.
  • Assist leading up to and at division events including commencements, groundbreakings and openings.
