Job summary

The Tampa JCCs & Federation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Director of Engagement in developing and delivering community programs at the Tampa campus. This role requires coordinating events, managing logistics, and engaging participants and volunteers.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, project management, and database skills; experience with event planning and social media is a plus. Some evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Three to five years of professional work experience in a non-profit organization or equivalent is preferred.
• Understanding of Jewish values, holidays, traditions and culture; knowledge a plus.
• Must have knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, word processing and email marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Engagement in a variety of programmatic areas and engagement experiences.
• Assist in developing, coordinating and implementing engaging programs for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate logistics, recruit and engage participants and volunteers, and manage guest communications.
• Attend and assist with events, greeting and networking with guests and facilitating introductions.
