Pachamama Alliance is seeking a Program Coordinator to help bring our Coming Home: We’re In This Together program to life and expand its reach across the United States and beyond. • Experience coordinating projects or programs with multiple contributors and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating in-person events and supporting online programs.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate program delivery and expansion into additional communities.
• Support facilitators and volunteers with onboarding, training logistics, scheduling and resources.
• Create exceptional in-person and online experiences for events and programs.
• Bring program materials to life through videos, resources, facilitator materials and assets.
• Listen to participants, collect feedback, and turn insights into improvements.
• Build clear, repeatable workflows, checklists, processes and handoffs for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with Programs, Marketing, and other teams to stay aligned.
