Job summary

Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (PMAHCC) is seeking an Operations and Program Project Manager (Full-Time) to oversee current programming and operations. The role involves coordinating resources, managing contractors and volunteers, and supporting the Executive Director to ensure smooth, on-schedule delivery of programs.

The PMAHCC emphasizes collaboration with committees, fundraising efforts, and event facilitation, with hybrid work and in-office attendance as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years nonprofit experience.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience with programmatic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute tasks related to current programming and day-to-day operations.
• Participate in seeking funding including grant writing.
• Facilitate events (may occur on nights/weekends).
• Oversee and recruit committees and volunteers.
• Provide administrative support to Executive Director.
• Coordinate and oversee project execution and scheduling.
• Prepare budget and expense reports.
