Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for our adult foster care program in Cambridge, MN. You will lead the home, develop person-centered plans, supervise staff, and ensure quality care aligned with licensing requirements and client goals.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a related degree or substantial experience in human services, and the ability to manage staffing within budget while promoting independence for clients.

Qualifications

• Education must be related to a field in human services, education, or health.
• Work experience must include full-time direct care services to persons with disabilities or age 65 and older or equivalent care/education to vulnerable adults or children.
• Post-offer background check and Motor Vehicle Report check required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the home
• Developing and facilitating person-centered plans
• Providing leadership, training and supervision of staff
• Assuring adequate staffing within budget guidelines
• Performing program scheduling, payroll, and office functions
• Developing outcomes/learning objectives
• Reporting on individual progress
• Compliance with licensing rules/regulations
