Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the home.
• Develop and facilitate person-centered plans.
• Provide leadership, training and supervision of staff.
• Ensure staffing within budget guidelines.
• Handle scheduling, payroll and office tasks.
• Develop outcomes and learning objectives.
• Report on individual progress.
• Ensure compliance with licensing rules.
