Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Program Coordinator to coordinate activities within the Community Integration and Resettlement Departments, serving as a key liaison between staff and partners.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of office/administrative experience, with data entry experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation for business purposes, such as between work locations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Standard LCSNW criminal clearance, including national sex offender, motor vehicle records, valid Oregon driver’s license with clean driving record, and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all program and affiliate organization record-keeping requirements and maintain accurate client records, databases, program documentation.
  • Process client assistance payments, invoices, and program expenses in partnership with finance staff.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to program staff and leadership including assistance supporting grant reporting, audits, and program monitoring activities.
  • Track program outcomes, client services, performance data and help identify opportunities to improve program processes and service delivery.
  • Ensure client folders are complete, organized, and in compliance with grant requirements.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
