The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Division of Infrastructure seeks a Program Coordinator. The selected candidate will assist the Associate Commissioner with monitoring high-profile initiatives, such as the Southeast Queens Initiative, Pedestrian Ramps Program, and others. Responsibilities include monitoring the agency’s commitment plan and KPIs; preparing staff materials and reports; responding to project requests from various departments; drafting external correspondence; coordinating special assignments; and implementing a project tracking database. The Program Coordinator must collaborate with Assistant Commissioners and assist the Division Administrative Officer in collecting and providing employee information, as well as managing emails and announcements.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Skills
Experience in project delivery, external reporting, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of City infrastructure systems are preferred.
