Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator / Program Analyst to support a variety of program management and operational initiatives. This individual will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking program execution, maintaining documentation, and supporting leadership reporting across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing competing priorities, working with diverse stakeholder groups, analyzing data, and driving accountability for project and program deliverables. This role offers significant exposure to leadership teams and provides an opportunity to contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Responsibilities
Program & Project Support
- Support programs and initiatives from planning and initiation through execution and completion.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
- Assist with resource planning, workload management, and overall program execution activities.
Governance & Communications
- Support governance processes, steering committee meetings, and program status reviews.
- Prepare status reports, executive presentations, and leadership communications.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and follow-up activities.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and business partners.
Documentation & Process Management
- Develop and maintain program documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and process maps.
- Ensure records, project artifacts, and documentation are accurate and current.
- Maintain tracking tools, logs, and repositories for program activities.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
- Create dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics for program reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
- Support change management initiatives and process standardization efforts.
- Participate in operational excellence and continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience supporting projects, programs, business operations, or PMO functions.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting PMO, operational excellence, transformation, or strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement frameworks.
- PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.
